A&E Design

A & E Design (A & E Design AB ) is one of Scandinavia's leading companies in the field of industrial design, with headquarters in Stockholm.

The Company

A & E Design was founded in 1968 by Tom Ahlström ( * 1943 ) and Hans Ehrich ( b. 1942 ). Both had studied design and ironwork at the art school Konstfack in Stockholm. Your Thesis were a furniture made ​​of plastic, respectively, an electric car.

Tom Ahlström and Hans Ehrich specialized early on in the design of plastic materials and aids for the disabled.
