Aerial roof markings

The roof marking ( air code) of vehicles especially the fire brigade, the police, the emergency services and aid workers is the response of these vehicles by radio from the air. Many money transport vehicles are also characterized with air identifiers are in addition to alphanumeric markings and symbols used.

The roof marking may exist, the license plate or an internal coding of the organization from the radio call (even with the radio channel in part).

Since emergency vehicles are often stationed mainly in large cities at different stations or be used in various functions, in such cases then also changing radio call is used but for example the indicator. However, this makes it difficult to communicate directly with the vehicle as the radio call must first be requested.
