The private company Aero - Charter Airlines Ltd. was founded in Kiev in 1997. It runs pure business aviation for the purpose of transporting people and cargo when needed. A scheduled air service in scheduled service is not operated. The company is based in Kiev. Managing Director is Aleksandr Bulatov.
