Agnes von Limburg Bronkhorst Styrum (* September 18, 1563 at Kasteel de Wildenborch; † January 2, 1645 in Vreden ) was abbess of the pins Elten, Vreden, Borg Horst and Freckenhorst.

Life

She was descended from the noble Limburg- Styrum. Her father was Hermann Georg von Limburg and Bronkhorst, Mr. Styrum on, wiping and Borculo. The mother was Mary Countess of Hoya. Her sister Metta was also abbess in Freckenhorst.

She stepped into the pen Elten at a young age. She was provost in 1596 Vreden. In 1603 she became abbess of Elten. Later, she was abbess of the pins Vreden, Borg Horst and since 1614 Freckenhorst. They resided mostly in Vreden.
