Ágnes Sipka

Ágnes Oze Sipka, born Ágnes Sipka, ( born August 14, 1954) is a former Hungarian track and field athlete.

Three times was the long-distance runner national champion in the marathon (1981, 1985 and 1989).

In 1983 she finished fifth at the Enschede Marathon in 2:39:38 h following year she won the Berlin Marathon in 2:39:32, and 1985, she was at the same place third in 2:35:27. On 26 October 1986, it won a marathon in Budapest and remained with 2:28:51 as first Hungarian woman under two and a half hours. In 1987, she was seventh respectively at Osaka Women's Marathon and the London Marathon and seventh at the New York City Marathon.

On October 16, 1988, she presented in Székesfehérvár two national records in one race on, the latter of which still endures: the hour run with 16 991 meters and the 20,000 - meter track running with 1:10:56,6 h
