Ai (singer)
AI ( real name: Ai Carina Uemura ,植 村 爱Carina, Carina Uemura Ai; born November 2, 1981 in Los Angeles, USA ) is a Japanese singer.
The daughter of a Japanese father and a Japanese- Italian mother commuted because of the professional activities of her father between Los Angeles and Japan. She performed as a dancer on Janet Jackson in the music video Go Deep. When BMG label they released their first three singles and one album. In 2003, the hip- hop label Def Jam Japan took it as the first female artist under contract. July 7, 2007 AI occurred at the Live Earth concert in Chiba.
With some artists, she worked on various titles together and supported this mostly through their rap vocals, such as Anna Tsuchiya ( Crazy World ), Namie Amuro ( Wonder Woman ), and Namie Amuro and Suite Chic ( Uh Uh).
Life
On March 6, 2013 Ai announced that she has given to Hiro, the band leader of the Japanese rock band Kaikigesshoku, engagement. They have been together for ten years and plan to marry in the same year yet.
