Aichi Kokuki

Aichi Tokei Denki Enterprises K. K. (Japanese爱 知 时 计 电机 株式会社, Aichi tokei denki kabushiki kaisha, dt Aichi Watch and Electric Company ) was a Japanese aircraft manufacturer. The foundation of the company took place in 1898 in Nagoya. From 1920 was the manufacture of aircraft with assistance from the Heinkel works. From 1932 began with the production of their own aircraft, especially for the Japanese Navy Air Force. In February 1943, the company specializes in aircraft as Aichi Kokuki KK (爱 知 航空 机 株式会社, Aichi Kokuki kabushiki kaisha ) carved out of the consolidated Aichi Kikai Kōgyō.

After the Second World War, the aircraft has been set. Today Aichi Tokei Denki is a manufacturer of precision and measuring instruments. The successor of the Aichi Kokuki, the company Aichi Kikai KK Kōgyō (English Aichi Machine Industry Co., Ltd. ), mainly deals with the production of automotive components and complete vehicles for Nissan.
