Air Comet, Air Plus Comet earlier, was a Spanish scheduled and charter airline based in Madrid and a subsidiary of Grupo Marsan. On 22 December 2009, it provided the flight operations due to financial problems.

History

Air Comet Plus was founded in 1996 and took the 1997 flight operations. In the early years, the airline operated only charter flights and realized Subcharterdienste for many renowned airlines such as Air France, EgyptAir, Qantas Airways and Hapag Lloyd. 2007, the airline was renamed Air Comet and took over the destinations as well as 52 % of the employees of the bankrupt Air Madrid.

Destinations
