Air India Express

Air India Express is an Indian low-cost airline based in Mumbai and based on the Mumbai airport. It is a subsidiary of Air India.

History

Incidents

  • On May 22, 2010 Air -India Express Flight 812, a Boeing 737-800 coming from Dubai shot, at Mangalore Airport while landing on the runway beyond. In the accident 158 people died.
  • On 26 May 2010 was a young co-pilot bring down a Boeing 737-800 on a flight from Dubai to Pune 2,000 feet in depth, as he tried to adjust his seat and had accidentally fallen on the control column.
