Air Libya

Air Libya is a Libyan airline based in Benghazi and based on the Benghazi airport.

History

Air Libya was founded in 1996 under the name Tibesti Air Libya and was based initially in Tripoli.

Destinations

The company operates mainly by charter and supply flights for oil fields. Air flies regularly Libya Benghazi and Kufra oases in Libya and Al- Fasher and Alexandria.

As of June 2013 the fleet of Air Libya consists of six aircraft:

  • 1 BAe 146-200
  • 1 BAe 146-300
