Air Memphis recorded in its history, three incidents of which were lost in an Fatalities:
- On 10 March 1998 a cargo plane crashed Air Memphis Boeing 707- 300C at the start in Mombasa. The machine grazed after lift-off structures of the lights, hit back on to the ground, broke up and caught fire. All six occupants were killed.
