Akdemir Udenta

Claudia Akdemir Udenta (* 1965 in Hilden ) is a German - Turkish writer and journalist.

Life

Udenta grew up in Dusseldorf, studied Political Sciences in Bonn and Berlin. Since the 1990s she has been working in the film industry, and commutes between their two residences Istanbul and Berlin.

Work

From Udenta come Prosarbeiten, murder mystery and textbook publications. Activity also includes screenplay, essay, literary translation and children 's literature. In addition, she was the director of the German RTL 2000 mini series Between the hours, an early online TV experiment.
