Alberto VojtÄ›ch FriÄ
Alberto Vojtěch Fric ( born September 8, 1882 in Prague, † December 4, 1944 ibid ), was a Czech cacti and plant collector. Its official botanical author abbreviation is " Fric ".
He made several trips in cactus areas and collected among other cacti - Haage from Erfurt. Noteworthy is his rediscovery of Astrophytum asterias, the sea urchin cactus.
