Albright special

Name and history

The Albrightknoten is used two equal or different strong ( monofilament or braided ) to connect fishing lines, for example, Main line / leader ( fly fishing as a connection from Fliegenvorfach and the fly line ). He got his name from the famous American fishing guides and tarpon anglers Jimmie Albright.

Tie

With the thicker fishing line a bay is placed. The thinner fishing line is passed through the bay and at least ten times wrapped around the thicker cord to the eye. After the end of the thin cord is inserted and tightened through the eye. The protruding ends are cut off.
