Alburquerque, Badajoz
Alburquerque is a municipality in the Spanish province of Badajoz in the autonomous community of Extremadura. It lies 506 meters above sea level and has 5544 inhabitants ( 2013). The city lies near the Portuguese border, and was the territory of the Duke of Alburquerque.
