Aldo Grimaldi

Aldo Grimaldi ( born 1942 in Catania, † August 5, 1990 in Rome ) was an Italian film director and screenwriter.

Life

Grimaldi was the son of the director Gianni Grimaldi early with the film scene in touch and worked since 1962 as an assistant director with genre films, often with his father or musical comedies of Ettore M. Fizzarotti. This type films, often with Al Bano and Romina Power as Protaginisten, also marked his first work as a director in charge; later he turned to other films without artistic ambitions such as Sexy Comedies to. Even as a writer, he worked for other directors in 1972 and in Folgejehr. He died at age 48 from an incurable disease.
