Aleksandr Yevgenyev

Alexander Anatoljevich Jewgenjew (Russian Александр Анатольевич Евгеньев, English transcription Aleksandr Yevgenyev, . Born July 20, 1961) is a former Russian sprinter who was starting for the Soviet Union, particularly in the 200 -meter run and a successful relay runner in the 1980s.

Jewgenjew each hall was European champion in 200 -meter run in 1983 in Budapest and in 1984 in Gothenburg. At the European Indoor Championships in 1985 in Piraeus and 1986 in Madrid, he won over the same distance bronze and silver.
