Alessandro Diamanti
Alessandro Diamanti ( born 2 May 1983 in Prato) is an Italian football player. The striker has been available since 2014 when Guangzhou Evergrande FC under contract.
Career
Diamanti began in 2001 his professional career at AC Prato. However, his first competitive match for this club he played only in the following season with a series -C1 game. Previously Diamanti had already gained match practice in Serie D in the AC Fucecchio. In January 2003, Diamanti was loaned for half a year in the Serie C2 gambling at this time Fiorentina, but when he could not prevail. In the 2003 /04 season he played again in Prato, where he met a 20 Series C games six times. In summer 2004, the striker was loaned to the UC AlbinoLeffe.
Diamanti played with this club and a half years, 26 games in Serie B. In January 2005, returned to the AC Prato, in which he was a regular player and 07 of 15 goals scored in the seasons 2005/ 06 and 2006/ 36 in games. In the summer of 2007 Diamanti joined AS Livorno. After he graduated from a good 2008/09 season in Serie B with 16 goals in 36 games, he moved in 2009 to West Ham United.
In August 2010, Diamanti signed a fixed-term five-year contract with Brescia Calcio. After just one season he left Brescia again and moved to FC Bologna, where he was able to quickly establish itself as a regular player. After two and a half years, during which he also became the team captain, he left Bologna, to join at the beginning of 2014, the Guangzhou Evergrande FC.
On 17 November 2010 Diamanti made his debut in the game against Romania in the Italian national team. On June 18, 2012 Diamanti played his second international match against Ireland at the 2012 European Football Championship by came in to replace Antonio Cassano. Together with the Italian team he reached the European Championship final, where they lost to Spain 0-4. Also at the FIFA Confederations Cup 2013 Diamanti participated with Italy.
