Alex Rider

Alex Rider is a neunbändinge youth novel series by the English author Anthony Horowitz. These are spy novels. The title character is a 14 -year-old ( as of 9 case 15 years ) London student who begins to work for the British secret service after the death of his uncle. The first book, Stormbreaker, was published in 2000 in the UK. In Germany the first volume appeared in 2003 under the title The Secret of the West Port Ravensburger publishing house. After the title of the first four volumes were first translated yet, the whole series has been published since 2005 ( with the exception of the second volume ) with the English original titles. The series is particularly in the UK, but also in North America, a great success.

Before the release of Scorpia Rising should follow in the series after statements by Horowitz even a tenth band. He has this statement but now revised and notified on its website that Scorpia Rising will be the last book in the Alex Rider series.
