Alexander Blackburn Bradford

Alexander Blackburn Bradford ( born June 2, 1799 in Jefferson County, Tennessee; † July 10, 1873 ) was an American politician.

Bradford held a seat in the Senate in 1837 from Tennessee. After that, he was a member of the State Legislature of Mississippi. He also served during the Mexican -American War (1846-1848) in the United States Army, where he held the rank of Major. When then Mississippi in 1861 breaking away, he represented those in the Provisional State Konföderiertenkongress.

He died in 1873 and was subsequently buried in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
