Alexander Boikov

Alexander Rafailovich Boikow (Russian Александр Рафаилович Бойков; born February 3, 1975 in the Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player, who was last at Severstal Cherepovets in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Alexander Boikow began his career as a hockey player with Krylia Sovetov Moscow, for the first team, he was active in the Russian Super League from 1991 to 1999. He then moved to the city neighbors HK CSKA Moscow, the Russian game in the highest class he was on the ice for a further two years. In summer 2001, the winger signed for HK Lada Togliatti, which he failed to win the championship at HK Dynamo Moscow in the 2004/05 season only in the playoff finals. During the season 2005/ 06 the right shooter Lada left again and signed a contract with the league rivals Chimik Moskovskaya oblast, who renamed in 2008 in Atlant Mytischtschi. In the 2008 /09 season Boikow participated with Atlant Mytischtschi at the newly founded Continental Hockey League, where he scored five goals in 63 games and gave ten templates. For the following season, he was obliged by HK Sibir Novosibirsk. There the right shooter acted for two years as team captain before he was given a contract in May 2011 over a year maturity at Severstal Cherepovets.
