Alexander Kudryavtsev

Alexander Mikhailovich Kudryavtsev (Russian Александр Михайлович Кудрявцев; born October 26, 1985 in Yekaterinburg ) is a Russian tennis player.

Life and career

Kudryavtsev has so far been primarily successful with his life partner Mikhail Jelgin in doubles. With it he won nine of his 16 successes in a double, of which alone five of his six titles on the Challenger Tour 2011. Their biggest success is so far the final of the ATP tournament in St. Petersburg; they were subject to the British Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchins 3:6, 7:65 and [ 8:10 ].

At the Australian Open 2012, Kudryavtsev qualified first for the main draw of a Grand Slam tournament. He met in the first round to Roger Federer, but subject to that smooth in three sets.
