Alexander Rustemov

Alexander Rustemow, (Russian: Александр Рустемов, born July 6, 1973 in Murmansk ) is a Russian chess master.

Life

Rustemow conquered or occupied top positions in several tournaments: 2nd place in the tournament in Minsk ( 1996), 2nd place in the GM2 tournament in Moscow (1996 ), 1st place in the tournament in Swidnica ( 1999), 2nd - 6th Place at the 53th Russian Championship in Samara ( 2000), 1st place in the Internet elimination tournament in Dos Hermanas (2002) and 1 -2. A place in the tournament in Dos Hermanas ( 2003).

Since 1998, he carries the grandmaster title. In the season 2010/11 the German Chess League, he plays for the SV Wattenscheid.
