Alexander Unzicker

Gerhard Alexander Unzicker ( born March 13, 1965 in Munich) is a German physicist, a high school teacher and non-fiction author.

Life

Alexander Unzicker, son of grandmaster Wolfgang Unzicker, studied physics from 1985 and law at the University of Munich and received his diploma in physics in 1993 and the state exam in jurisprudence. In 2001 he received his PhD in Neuroscience at the Institute for Medical Psychology, University of Munich. Unzicker works as a high school teacher in Munich. He has three children.

Alexander Unzicker represents in his books in the provocative style has written science critical theses.

In " From Big Bang to bang By - The absurd hunt for the Ultimate Theory " he criticizes string theory, which lacked experimental verifiability. The book was awarded in 2010 as a science book of the year in the " explosive ".
