Alexandra Thein

Alexandra Thein ( born October 5, 1963 in Bochum) is a lawyer and notary public, and a German politician of the FDP. It is 2014 chairman of the Berlin State Association of the FDP since March.

Life

Alexandra Thein grew up in Saarland and purchased in 1982, the Franco-German Abitur at the German - French high school in Saarbrücken. 1982-1988 she studied law in Saarbrücken, Geneva and Freiburg ( including but not limited program "European Integration" at the Europa-Institut, Saarbrücken, International Studies at the University Institute of European Studies and the d' Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva).

Alexandra Thein joined the FDP in 1990. Politically active, she was the National Association of Berlin FDP in numerous volunteer capacities, including as a long-time chairman of the Dahlem branch, as a member of the National Committee of the country Arbitration Tribunal and as a member of the executive committee.

Alexandra Thein is deputy chairman of the Berlin Regional Association of Liberal Women and serves on the board of the National Federation of the liberal middle classes to Berlin.

She is a member of the European Union and the European Union Parliamentarians European Parliament.

Thein is since April 2010 chairman of the Advisory Board of the German - Arab society.
