Alexandria Opera House
The theater (also Alexandria Opera House and Saïd Darwich Theatre ) in Alexandria was built from 1918 to 1921 in the eclectic style designed by the French architect Georges Parcq, the inspiration of the Vienna State Opera and the Théâtre National de l' Odéon in Paris allowed. Since 2000 it belongs to the list of Egyptian cultural heritage. It is now called Theatre Mohamed Aly, the theater was originally named after Saïd Darwich.
