Alexei Maximov

Alexei Alexandrovich Maximov (Russian Алексей Александрович Максимов; * 1952 in the USSR) is a Soviet and Russian painter.

He is known as author of enamel thumbnails, is also active in the genera portrait, landscape and still- life painting. The works by Alexei Maximov are located in several art museums in Russia and also in foreign museums. In 1987 he became a member of the Federal painters of Russia, a total of his works have been shown in more than 100 art exhibitions in the world. He lives in Saint Petersburg in Russia.

Technology

Awards

1982 Maximov was for two miniatures "Portrait of Dmitri Werewitinows " and "Portrait of the artist Inna Olewskaja " at the III. Quadrennial of decorative art in Erfurt, Germany won the international award for outstanding artistic contribution. In 1988 he was awarded the main prize of the exhibition " Enamel 88 " of the Leningrad Department of the Federal Russian painter for the triptych " mountains, city, Gothic ".
