Algiers Observatory

The Research Center for Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics (French Centre de recherche en astronomy, Astrophysique et géophysique, arabian مركز البحث في علم الفلك والفيزياء الفلكية والجيوفيزياء ) is a research center in Algeria, which deals with astronomy, astrophysics and geophysics. It was founded in 1985 and went out of the observatory Observatoire de astronomique Bouzareah of 1890 and the Institut de Physique du Globe d' Alger from 1931 shows. The observatory has a Ritchey -Chrétien telescope with a diameter of 81 cm.
