Alhaji Alieu Ebrima Cham Joof (* October 22, 1924; † 2 April 2011). commonly Cham Joof ( known pseudonym: AE Cham Joof Alh ) was a Gambian historian, politician, writer, trade unionist, radio program director, lecturer, columnist, activist and nationalist who advocated the independence during the colonial era for Gambia.
