Ali Haidar (politician)

Ali Haidar (Arabic علي حيدر, born in 1962 in Hama ) is a Syrian politician and chairman of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party ( SSNP ).

He was elected a member of the Syrian People's Council in the parliamentary elections in Syria in 2012. His SSNP teamed up with the party of the people's will to the opposition Popular Front for Change and freedom.

Since June 23, 2012, he is Minister of State for National Reconciliation Affairs under Prime Minister Riad Farid hijab, from August 11, Wael al - Halki below.
