Aliacensis (crater)

Aliacensis is an impact crater on the lunar front side, east of the Mare Nubium, southeast of the crater Werner and northeast of Walther. The crater is eroded, the interior largely flat.

The crater was in 1935 by the IAU by the French theologian Pierre d' Ailly and astronomers ( Latinized to Aliacensis ) officially named.
