Alicja Bachleda - Curuś ( born May 12, 1983 in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico) is a Polish actress and singer.

Life and career

Alicja Bachleda - Curuś born in Mexico because her father worked as a geologist at the time there. The family left Mexico after a few months and most of the time she spent her youth in Krakow. She speaks their native language, English, Spanish and German.

She began her career at age 16 when she played Zosia, one of the main characters in the film adaptation of the Polish national epic Pan Tadeusz (1999). After that, she starred in several films and television series with. Since 2004 she plays solely abroad: in Germany, France and the United States. The acting training at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City, she completed only after the great success of their youth. Her greatest passion next to the movie is the music. She began her musical appearances at the age of six years. On several children's competitions in Poland, she won major awards and represented several times Polish Television in international competitions.
