Alis Vidūnas

Ali Vidūnas ( born November 8, 1934 at the village Reketija, district Marijampolė, † ​​19 February 2009 ) is a Lithuanian politician and manager.

Life

From 1952 to 1958 Alis Vidūnas studied at the Polytechnic Institute of Kaunas at the Faculty of Hydro Technology and graduated with a engineering degree from. From 1958 to 1962 he worked as a brigade leader in motorway construction in Vievis and then to 1995 in the Engineering Administration Vilnius.

From 10 April 1995 to January 21, 1997 Ali Vidūnas mayor of Vilnius, on 15 January 1997 to 15 November 2000 was head of the district of Vilnius.

In 2001 he became deputy director of the road construction company " Greitkelis ".
