All Good Things ( Come to an End ) is a song by Nelly Furtado from the year 2007. Was written by Furtado, Timbaland, Nate " Danja " Hills and Chris Martin and co-produced by Timbaland, Danja and Martin. The piece appeared as the third single from Furtado's third studio album, Loose, and was her first number -one hit in Germany. The song was recorded at The Hit Factory Criteria in Miami; it was mixed in the Thomas Crown Studios, Virginia Beach.
For the video All Good Things has been changed slightly ( Come to an End ) and shortened, making it radio USEFULLY. In addition, the title for German radio station with Rea Garvey was taken by Reamonn, who is only in the chorus heard in the background. A version with the group Zero Assoluto was recorded for the Italian market, which sings the second verse in Italian. The chorus of the song Furtado laments the finiteness of all good things: "Flames [ be ] to dust, lovers to friends, why end happy? "

The song was released on 17 November 2006 in Europe by Geffen Records, in German-speaking and in the UK it hit stores a week later. All Good Things ( Come to an End ) made it in Germany in its first week at number two, and the fourth chart week, the song reached the top chart and stayed there for six weeks. In Switzerland, was All Good Things ( Come to an End ) for eleven weeks at number one, but was ousted by its subsequent single Say It Right from the tip chart.
