History
The company was founded by Lynde Bradley and Dr. Stanton Allen in 1903 with an initial investment of U.S. $ 1,000 as Compression Rheostat Company. 1910, the company was renamed Allen- Bradley Company. On February 20, 1985 Allen- Bradley was acquired by Rockwell Automation.
