Allison Scurich

Allison Lee Scurich ( born June 7, 1986 in Mission Viejo, California) is an American soccer player with Croatian roots.

Career

Scurich attended from 2000 to 2004 Aliso Niguel High School which, at this time she played in the Women's Soccer team and basketball team the Aliso Niguel Wolverines. After her high school graduation, she played for half a year in the WPSL for Las Vegas Tabagators before she went for her athletic scholarship to Washington State University. There she studied for three years and started after the bachelor with the club football at West Coast FC California. In the winter of 2008/ 09, she left West Coast and hired the Los Angeles Sol. There it was observed in the summer of 2009 by Scouts of the German second division club TSV Crailsheim and got a contract in July in Germany. They stayed for three years, scoring five goals in 63 games. In summer 2012, she returned Crailsheim to the back and went to league rivals SC sand.

Internationally

Scurich, whose father John has Croatian roots, in 2011 decided to play for the Croatian national team. So she gave in October 2011 her international debut for Croatia against the Dutch national football team of women.

As a trainer

On 20 June 2008 she was appointed as an assistant coach at Washington State Cougar's and the Cougar Soccer Academy.

Basketball career

Scurich played in their youth and college basketball at the power level. She played in several regional selections and was twice Most Valuable Player in High School Basketball League.
