Altai State Academy of Education
The State Schukschin Academy of Education Altai (Russian:. . Алтайская государственная академия образования имени В М Шукшина ) is a university in Bijsk, Altai Krai.
This university was founded in 1939 as an institute in 2000 and got the status of a university. In 2001, the University was named in honor of W. Shukshin after this. In 2010, the State Pedagogical University Schukschin Bijsk is (Russian: Бийский педагогический государственный университет имени В М Шукшина. . ) Renamed the National Academy of Education Schukschin Altai.
The university is organized into the following faculties: Faculty of Foreign Languages ( German, English, Mandarin Chinese ); Faculty of History and Law; Faculty of graphic arts; Faculty of Music Education; Faculty of Natural History and geography; Faculty of Education; Faculty of Philology; Faculty of Physics and Mathematics; Faculty of Psychology; Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education.
