Álvaro Mejía Pérez

Álvaro Mejía Pérez ( born January 18, 1982 in Madrid ) is a Spanish football player.

Career

Mejía began his footballer career in the small Madrid suburb of Las Rozas club CD. At age 16, the defender moved to Real Madrid. Dated 24 January 2004 Mejía his debut in the first team.

In the summer of 2007, he finally joined, after nine years at Real Madrid, Real Murcia. After three years in Murcia moved for one year to AC Arles -Avignon and Konyaspor. Since the summer of 2012, he has returned to Spain, the second division UD Almería under contract.

Álvaro Mejía is considered very complete player who can play all positions of defense, both the left and right exterior and interior defense.
