Amagat's law
The law of Amagat states that if different gases (number) with volumes all the same pressure ( and the same temperature ) are mixed, the mixture in a volume
The pressure p has ( "ideal mixtures " of gases ). The law is a consequence of the equation of state of ideal gases.
This law is named after Emile Hilaire Amagat (1841-1915), a French physicist and high-pressure expert who taught at the University of Lyon.
