Amagney

Amagney is a commune in the French department Doubs in the Franche -Comté.

Geography

Amagney is located on 283 m, about 12 km northeast of the city of Besançon (air line). The village is located in the Doubs Valley on the northern edge of the valley in a niche, at the southern foot of the Bois de Sassy in the extreme northwest of the Jura.

History
