Album cover
The album cover is based on the cover photo of the Super Bicentennial edition of Hustler magazine of July 1976 on the occasion of the Bicentennial of the Independence of the United States. It shows a female abdomen, wearing a bikini briefs in the design of the U.S. flag. Because one above the bikini pubic hair also recognizes (see Related links), some American dealers refused to put the album on their shelves. Therefore, a defused version was released, with only the bikini fabric was shown against a black background.
