Ana Ambrazienė ( born April 14, 1955 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian former hurdler who competed for the Soviet Union.

On June 11, 1983, she presented in Moscow with 54.02 s set a world record in the 400 - meter hurdles. This time even today is still Lithuanian national record. In the same year she won the silver medal at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki and was beaten there by only 0.01 s of her teammate Yekaterina Fesenko.

In the World Cup 1987 in Rome, she was sixth.

1983 and 1987 she became Soviet champion.
