Anatoli (Greek Ανατολή ( f sg ) ) is a southern suburb and municipality of the capital of Epirus Ioannina. Anatoly lies on the south bank of the Pamvotida lake, about seven kilometers from the center of Ioannina. The neighboring districts are Bizani west and east Pamvotida. The population has more than doubled with an increase of 5,578 to 11,555 residents since 1991. This is the percentage of descendants of refugees from Asia Minor and Pontic Greeks as well as newcomers from the rural areas of the prefecture, especially in the area of Tzoumerka relatively high. You maintain the cultural heritage of Asia Minor Greeks in clubs; the establishment of the Archives of Asia Minor and Pontic culture is one of these efforts.

Anatoli in 1931 spun off from Ioannina, first as a rural community ( kinotita ), from 1997, after incorporation of two neighboring settlements as municipality ( dimos ). With the administrative reform in 2010 Anatoly was returned to Ioannina.

Right through the territory of the municipality runs a under construction section of the Greek Highway 2, which connect the town to the Greek motorway network, but will also share in two parts.
