André Geraldes

Geraldes André de Barros with the short name André, André Geraldes or Geraldes (born 2 May 1991 Maia ) is a Portuguese football player in the service of Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor.

Career

André Geraldes began with the club football in the youth from FC Maia and played here until the summer of 2004. Already before he fell to the talent scouts of FC Porto and was observed of those. So he moved to the youth Diess Association 2004. After just one year he left Porto and returned to the youth of FC Maia. Here he was appointed in 2009 to the first team and was a season for these works. In 2010 he left the club and each played one season for the club GD Chaves and CD Aves.

For the 2012/13 season the Portuguese coach Carlos Carvalhal took over the Turkish first division club Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor and picked as one of his first acts Geraldes to his new club. In January 2014, he left the Istanbul again after there had been dissolved by mutual consent with the club, his contract. He then moved to Belenenses on loan.
