André Trulsen

André Trulsen ( born May 28, 1965 in Hamburg ) is a former German football player and football coach.

Player

Trulsen began at the Hamburg district SV Osdorfer Born with the football game. As a teenager, he moved to Hamburg- Eimsbütteler ball game club and convinced as resistant Vorstopper and service providers in the highest Hamburg Youth Football Class. After the second division in 1986 rise of FC St. Pauli undertook the meantime to SV Lurup exchanged defense strategists, with which he ascended two years later in the Bundesliga. When St. Pauli 1991 relegation from the Bundesliga again, Trulsen went to the first FC Cologne, where he but did not succeed to the regulars. Therefore he reamateurisierte 1993 the former Hamburg SV Lurup league club. A year later he returned to FC St. Pauli in the second division back. With the " Kiez kickers " he could for another three years ( 1995/ 96, 1996 /97 and 2001/ 02) playing in the German Elite League. His 177 Bundesliga games mean today 's club record for St. Pauli. After the third relegation from the first division in 2002 he went to Holstein Kiel in the Regionalliga. Previously, he was still elected by the newspaper Bild Hamburg's " Player of the Year 2001". His last game for FC St. Pauli was on May 28, 2005 as compared to KFC Uerdingen 05, accompanied by never-ending " André- Trulsen football God " chants.

Coach

After the end of his playing career Trulsen first took over the league team of Holstein Kiel. He then was an assistant coach Andreas Bergmann at FC St. Pauli in the Regionalliga Nord. According to Bergmann's leave of absence on November 20, 2006 Trulsen assistant coach Holger Stanislawski. In July 2007 Trulsen head coach of FC St. Pauli since Stanislavsky at this time still had no coaching license and the German Football League ( DFL) forbade him further work as a responsible coach.

In the 2008 /09 season he moved back to the co- coaching job next Holger Stanislawski. From July 2011 to February 2012, he was in the same position ( still beside Stanislavsky ) worked at TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. In the 2012/13 season he was back with Stanislavsky, as an assistant coach at FC Cologne 1 under contract, where he was already active as a player 20 years ago.
