Ani Takidze

Ani Takidze (Georgian ანი ტაკიძე, Ani Takidse, born December 13, 1972 in Tbilisi ) is a Georgian pianist.

Career

Takidzes talent was recognized early. From the age of seven she attended a music school for gifted children in her home town and later the State Conservatory. Then she came in 2002 with a DAAD scholarship to Munich, where she obtained Master Class Diploma with Franz Massinger and Helmut German ( Lied ) at the Music School. You already played with orchestras such as the State Symphony Orchestra of Tbilisi, the State Theatre in Trier, the Munich Symphony Orchestra and the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra. For the Bayerische Rundfunk they recorded works by Schumann, Brahms, Chopin and Ravel. A CD recording of works by Bach, Schubert and Schumann was born in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory in 2003.

Ani Takidze performs regularly in the context of music festivals in her native Georgia and appears throughout Europe with piano recitals and concerts with orchestra.
