Anikó Kovacsics (born 29 August 1991 Nagyatád, Hungary) is a Hungarian handball player.

Kovacsics began in 2001, playing handball at Berzencén. About the intermediate stations Csurgoi NKC and Nagyatádi NKK she got Gyori ETO KC 2006. After the backcourt player was used in the first year in Győr only in the second and third team, she has been part of the 2007/ 08 season on the squad for the first team. With Gyori ETO KC she won in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013, the Hungarian Championship, as well as 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, the Hungarian Cup competition. In 2013 she won the EHF Champions League.

Anikó Kovacsics has been disputed 55 caps for the Hungarian women's national handball team, in which they scored 85 hits. With the Hungarian selection, she participated in the 2009 World Championships and at the 2010 European Championships. Kovacsics also belonged to the squad of the Hungarian junior selection, with which it was in 2009 Vice European Champion.
