Animal Crossing (Japaneseどうぶつの森, Dobutsu no Mori, German " forest animals " ) is a popular video game series by Nintendo. This simulation game takes place in a fantasy world. Animal Crossing series offshoot appeared in Germany for the Nintendo GameCube, the Nintendo DS, the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo 3DS. Especially in Japan, Animal Crossing is one of the most popular game franchises ever. The offshoot for the Nintendo DS - Animal Crossing: Wild World - is a worldwide shortage of 12 million units of the most successful installment of the series.

Games

The first part was published under the name Dobutsu no Mori (どうぶつの森) for the Nintendo 64 on April 14, 2001 in Japan, but could not manage their way to the West. On 14 December 2001, the game appeared as Dobutsu no Mori (どうぶつの森 ) for the Nintendo GameCube. Content

The player takes control of a man who moves into an inhabited village of talking animals. There the task is only once in a cottage that you get provided by the local shopkeeper Tom Nook pay off.
