Anja Möllenbeck

Anja Möllenbeck ( born March 18, 1972 in Frankenberg / Sa. Than Anja Gündler ) is a former German discus thrower.

The Junior European Champion 1991 German Champion in 1993 and fifth at the World Athletics Championships in Stuttgart.

At the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996, she was eleventh. In the same year she married her Discus Thrower colleague Michael Möllenbeck.

At the 1999 World Championships in Seville, she was twelfth at the 2001 World Championships in Edmonton eighth.

Your best jump of 64.63 meters she posted in Obersuhl on 31 May 1998.

After the birth of a daughter in 2002, she gave the following year, their exit from the competitive sport known.
