Anke-Eve Goldmann

Anke -Eve Goldmann (* 1930) is a former German motorcycle journalist. She worked Revue, among others, for the motorcycle magazines Cycle World, Motorcycle and Moto.

In the 1950s, she went motorcycle racing in long and circuit area at the Nürburgring and the Hockenheimring. On the basis of that misogynistic attitude in motorsports her was denied an appropriate career.

In 1958 she co-founded the Women's International Motorcycle Association in Europe.

André de Pieyre Mandiargues designed the main character "Rebecca" of the novel " La motocyclette " follow her example.
